Darren Donohue - President & CEO
Mr. Donohue has over 16 years experience in the electric utility industry.
He is a qualified hot-stick journeyman lineman, and a fully qualified inspector.
Mr. Donohue has extensive experience running service crews and works with utility
companies and local Unions.
Ed Dings - Vice President
Mr Dings has over 35 years of service in the Power Transmission and Distribution industry. His experience is in the planning, scheduling, construction and maintenance of High Voltage Transmission lines up to and including 345 kv. These projects include knowledge of, and working within the guidelines mandated by federal, state and local municipalities with regards to safety and environmental regulations.
Marty Heilmann - Project Manager
Mr. Heilmann has over 40 years experience in the transmission line maintenance and repair industry. He is a qualified chief hot-stick journeyman lineman, and a fully qualified inspector. Mr. Heilmann also has over 20 years experience acting as the foreman of contracting crews for National Grid.
Brian Ferdinand - Director of Operations
Mr. Ferdinand is also currently Senior Director of Product Management at LexisNexis. His experience includes P&L responsibilities for subsidiary companies ranging in size from $1M to $25M in revenues per year. He created and executed the product strategy for a $354M market segment which achieved 8% growth in a segment that had been shrinking by 1%. Mr. Ferdinand holds a MBA in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Melissa Belec - Director of Marketing
Ms. Belec is also currently the Marketing Coordinator at VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. Ms. Belec specializes in all phases of corporate branding and is experienced in brand creation, graphic design, web design and maintenance, advertising and promotions.
