 During storms, high winds, lightening, snow and ice can cause damage to electric systems. Affects of a storm can be devastating forcing utility companies to scramble to get workers out there and restoring power to it's customers.
D&D's unique plan of attack allows us to scale up to meet any challenge nature might toss at us. Because of this D&D should be a part of all Storm Restoration/Emergency Plans.
